Boxer salutes, ready for the army.

There are few who disagrees that Boxer is the StarCraft progamer personified. He has done loads for the game and is considered by many a living legend. After more than five years of being a progamer and after 836 television matches (500 wins, 336 losses), Boxer will enter the Korean army.

In a previous interview with FighterForum, Boxer said that he was always "thankful for fan interest and was again shocked by foreign fans' passion." after hearing about the site » BoxerForever.com. And as late as yesterday, TeamLiquid published an interview with the Terran Emperor, conducted by Manifesto7 and translated by uhjoo. TeamLiquid fans have asked their questions, most of them being about his career, and some brings up the military position. Asked on what he thought of the mandatory two years of military service for Korean men, Boxer answered:
- Foreigners may see this and think Korean men must feel victimized but in reality Korean men don’t think this way. Mandatory military service could be seen as both good and bad.

Boxer further says that the single moment he will remember is winning his first major league as a progamer.
- Other progamers feel the same way because from that moment on, everything becomes very important, he adds. This and much more in the interview with Boxer. Follow the link below.
