A Rutgers University student stabbed a friend in the neck early Saturday after the two took LSD together, officials said.
Kevin Huang, 22, is currently facing attempted murder, weapons possession and drug possession charges in the 1:20 a.m. attack inside his off-campus apartment on Sicard St. in New Brunswick, N.J., officials said.
A witness told New Brunswick police that after Huang and his 23-year-old pal took LSD, the Rutgers University senior tore his clothes off and began destroying the apartment, officials said.
The witness left the apartment, but when he returned, he found Huang’s friend stabbed in the neck.
Huang was found naked on the second floor, pacing back and forth, officials said.
Paramedics took Huang’s victim to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital with a non-life-threatening wound.
A large amount of cash and drugs, including 15 pounds of marijuana, 500 tablets of Xanax, and a large quantity of cocaine, was found in Huang’s apartment, officials said.
