Ulster County Court

* Drugs: Munro “T” Faircloth, 38, of Milton, was sentenced Friday by Judge Donald A. Williams to five years probation for the felony of possession of a controlled substance. Faircloth was arrested in April 2014 during “Operation Spring Cleaning.” Faircloth pleaded guilty to one count of felony possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 17, 2014. He was originally charged with two felony counts each of sale and possession of a controlled substance. Police said he had crack cocaine.
