Kingston
* Drugs: Tanya Kaine, 25, of South Manor Avenue, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police on Nov. 18 in the area of South Manor Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Kaine’s arrest followed investigation of criminal activity in the area, police said. Kaine was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Town of Ulster
* Shoplifting: Zachery E. Bentley, 20, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 12:44 p.m. Tuesday and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Bently is accused of stealing $39.99 worth of merchandise from the Kohl’s store at 800 Miron Lane in the town of Ulster. Bentley was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
