Your pictures: share your photographs on the theme of 'shine'

This article is more than 8 years old

Wherever you are in the world, we’d like to see your pictures of ‘shine.’ Share your best photos via GuardianWitness

We’re now running a regular weekly photography assignment in the Observer New Review and the next rather timely theme is ‘shine.’ So whether it’s a twinkle in someone’s eye, newly polished silver or sun drenched snaps, share your photos of what shine means to you – and tell us about your image in the description box.

The closing date is Thursday 28 May at 10 am. We’ll publish our favourites in The New Review on 31 May and in a gallery on the Guardian site.

You can share your ‘shine’ pictures by clicking on the blue ‘Contribute’ button on this article. You can also use the GuardianWitness smartphone app or the Guardian app and search for ‘GuardianWitness assignments’ – and if you add it to the homepage – you can keep up with all our assignments.

  • GuardianWitness is the home of readers’ content on the Guardian. Contribute your video, pictures and stories, and browse news, reviews and creations submitted by others.
