Who needs turkey? If you have a couple cups of leftover creamed spinach or kale and a loaf of crusty bread, you have lunch. The trick to breathing new life into yesterday’s greens is reheating them with a generous amount of leftover gravy. If you don’t have creamed greens, try this with leftover mashed sweet potatoes or squash.

The fastest way to turn turkey into breakfast: Eat it on French toast. Do you want to hear the sound of awed silence? Drizzle maple syrup over these sandwiches. (Knives and forks a must.)
