It is often quite hard to write about such industry losses, but I sadly must report to fans that Zac Stevens, a very sweet and tender soul who was most closely associated with Helix Studios, has passed away at the tender age of 25.
In the coming days, there will be much speculation about the reasons for Zac’s death, but I believe what matters most is not how he passed on, but that a life and great spirit filled with energy has been dimmed.
We are losing too many beautiful people in the adult industry, and while I’d never met Stevens in person, I did have the opportunity to chat with him on many occasions and found him to be an extremely delightful person, so I send my deepest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues during this time of deep sorrow.
Zac was always seeking new adventures, whether it be through yoga or his many skydiving excursions, but if his untimely passing teaches us anything it’s that we must hold onto each other as kinsmen, support each other, comfort each other and most of all, love each other.
Stevens’ life will best be remembered and honored not for the adult work that he did, though we value and appreciate all models for how giving they are of themselves in such an intimate way, but for the way he lived, albeit facing whatever unexpected challenges and how he compassionately and kindly treated others along the way in his journey.
Zac, you will be dearly missed and I pray you fly like a bird and that you are at peace.
