Here come the bridesmaids! And they’re all dressed in elaborate white bridal gowns!

Welcome to the wedding of Deri Rogers and Ben Wood, two Welsh men who recently exchanged vows at Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel in the U.K.

The couple felt that their big day just wouldn’t be complete without a fabulous white dress. “Being a gay wedding we weren’t going to have an amazing gown reveal like at other big weddings,” Rogers told Wales Online.

The couple decided they’d create their own “amazing gown reveal,” and they certainly achieved that: All 10 of their bridesmaids wore fabulous white bridal gowns. Usually a wedding has about three or four, but Rogers and Wood didn’t want any of their gal pals to feel excluded, and they wanted to make a splash.

“We had lots of ideas for the wedding from the girls, but I wanted something outrageous,” Rogers said.

Lucky girls! Each one was allowed to choose her own wedding dress — all on Rogers and Wood’s dime — from eBay or another online boutique. The prices of the dresses varied — and it sounds like none of them were cheap. For instance, the strapless dress worn by the “best man,” Sadie, cost 500 British pounds (about $771)!

How fun and refreshing it must have been to be able to choose your own bridesmaid dress — one that you actually like and could possibly even use again for your own nuptials.

But it sounds like it wasn’t all fun and games. Apparently, there was a little bit of Bridezilla action going on leading up to the big day.

“The girls all have huge personalities and so there was terrible competition, dress disasters, and fallouts but on the [wedding] day they all looked fab,” said Rogers.

Fortunately, there was no shortage of photos taken; the couple hired three photographers to document the event — which also included an LED dance floor, a chocolate fountain and a cotton-candy cart.
