Silicon valley firm wins gender discrimination case

A jury has found that prominent venture capital firm, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers did not discriminate against a female employee.

Ellen Pao was seeking millions of dollars in damages, claiming she had been fired after she raised allegations of gender bias at the firm.

The case has drawn attention to the lack of gender diversity in the tech industry.
