Overseas workers highlighted in N. Korean human rights report

Issues of divided families also raised, along with new statistics on executions

UN's Special Rapporteur on North Korean human rights Maruzuki Darusman submitted a report to UN General Assembly charting ongoing abuses, dedicating additional attention to executions and overseas labor.
