Studio Space & Office Fundrasier

We are Intelligent Sound 
- We are a Kansas City based record label and artist collective that focuses on and showcases musicians creating electronic and experimental music. We release music monthly and hold numerous events around the midwest that offers musicians and artists a platform to showcase their crafts and talents. 

What is the goal?
- Intelligent Sound Artist Collective is working on raising funds to apply towards development of a raw 3,500 square foot central office location, recording studio, rentable studio spaces for 6 local visual artists, as well a venue that will engage and support local artists to show their work, musicians to perform live, provide public classes, workshops and events in the historic West Bottoms of Kansas City. 

How will my donation be spent?
- The money raised from this fundraiser will be used directly to build walls for the studios and offices. from the drywall and wood for building the frames and walls to running electricty to each studio and office. Once these walls are built we are able to move in and begin building a new home for 15+ artists and planning creative events open to the community. 

How soon do you plan on having this done?
- Our plans are to start the building in April and to have all of the devlopment done and to start having events in July 

Why should I donate?
- To help support the ideas and dreams of a new generation of artists needing a home to grow.

Lets just keep it real. just having a good idea won't get you there. We are a young group of serious artists who are working hard to create something special here in Kansas City, aside from having these beautiful aspirations and dreams we also have families, living expenses, debts, and other financial obligations in life. Our plan is near excecution where we can bring in enough income to support and grow these ideas, but we need help getting operational. We have come far but with a small amount of help from our peers and community we can build this space to be a self supporting home for many artists and experiences to take place. A small donation of even a few dollars really helps us to accomplish our goals of creating a thriving artist community.
