Real estate company to develop coworking spaces in North Jersey

Montclair-based real estate developer The Pinnacle Companies is teaming up with Serendipity Labs Inc. to create coworking spaces in northern New Jersey, the companies announced Thursday.The exclusive franchise agreement will lead to the development of these shared workplaces in Essex, Bergen, Passaic and Hudson counties, as well as the Morristown region and South Florida, according to a news release.

“I’m thrilled to partner with Serendipity Labs to bring the next-generation workplace to northern New Jersey and South Florida,” Brian Stolar, CEO and president of The Pinnacle Companies, said in a prepared statement.

Pinnacle said the first coworking space is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2015.

Serendipity, based in Rye, New York, offers a variety of workplace memberships to clients.
