Join Chef William Crandall in Azul's magnificent marble kitchen to prepare an impressive gourmet meal inspired by spring's bountiful ingredients. Recipes include Chilled English Pea Soup, Lobster and Veal "Surf & Turf" and Rhubarb Cake with Lime Cream.
