It’s that time of year again.  Time for all of our HOA and Condo communities to receive their payment coupon books and quarterly statements.  All statements and coupon books have been shipped out as of December 16th. Our associations that our on monthly assessments will be receiving their coupon books as they have in years past. The coupons are marked with a pre-printed mailing address and 12  mailing envelopes included.  Our associations on quarterly assessments will be receiving full color statements. Attached to the color statements is of course a single payment coupon and single envelope. PS Property Management company offers multiple multiple options for paying your assessments.  

• Mail in your with check or money order with your provided payment coupon

• Make a payment online with your account number by clicking the link to the right

 

• Make your payment over the phone with your account number by calling 1-866-729-5327 during business hours

 

• Sign up for our Direct Debit program by filling our our authorization form found here
