An 82 year old resident of the Royal Star and Garter Home on Richmond Hill wants to track down a Good Samaritan taxi driver.

Charles `Ted' Tresise came a cropper when he ventured to Sheen on a shopping trip early in the new year.

As he travelled back to the home in his motorised wheelchair, Ted toppled over, cutting his head open as he fell, but the kindly taxi driver came to the rescue and took Ted back to Richmond. Ted wants to get in touch with the taxi driver so he can pay for his fare.
