JOB DESCRIPTION THE POSITION

1. Purpose of the Job
 
SFDC has a critical importance now in the sales process as it’s the unified data base to use for all functions around sales, it includes business pipeline review, dashboards for business follow up, forecast process, prospective demand information for supply chain and product marketing, etc... To ensure information integrity and quick information update, the SFDC Sales Support (SFDCSS) will work very closely to sales team to support them in updating the information, completing the data when complex information, local point of contact for sales needs compilation and escalation, revenue forecast process active participation, SFDC training for sales team, solution architects and business partners xxx. The role’s goal is to allow the sales team to increase their time in the field on customer facing activities, although the ultimate responsibility on SFDC quality information belong to each individual sales person.

  1. Principal Responsibilities
    • Continue training and coach to SFDC users, it include sales reps, solution architect and business partners if it’s the case.
    • Provide back up and support for Sales team on all SFDC related requirements. Support the centralised forecast team with weekly forecast process validating integrity of data in SFDC
    • Coordinate quarterly prebuild activity working closely with the forecasting team to limit inaccuracies and inconsistencies in SFDC prior to entry in to SAP.
    • Manage data cleansing in SFDC including; past due or delinquent opportunities in SFDC in conjunction with reps.
    • Support the country/region as first point of contact for SFDC questions and training.
    • Providing super user input and induction capability.
    • Assist reps in setting up accounts, opportunities, project registrations and pricing quotes in SFDC.
    • Providing ongoing support for sales by modifying existing quotes, creating/deleting p/ns and extracting data for SEA review meetings.
    • Create custom SFDC reports and dashboards for RSDs and sales reps.
    • Attend bi-weekly SFDC superusers calls; give feedback and suggestions on current and new processes within SFDC.
    • Be integral member of special project team, supporting Global CRM group with testing functionality and system architecture enhancement.
    • Provide local knowledge, input and support to Sales Analytics team on commissions; reviewing sales out data, sales splits and cross border issues.

THE CANDIDATE

  1. Education Required
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent. · Minimum of 2 years related work experience in a sales support role or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  1. Work Experience Required
  • Prior experience working in a Sales Operations environment is required. (2 years) · Strong experience with ERP/CRM system best practices
