Kung Fury has finally been unleashed.
The short film comes from Swedish director David Sandberg and features a title track sung by David Hasselhoff. The film is billed as an over-the-top 1980s action/time-travel movie.
Sandberg stars as Kung Fury, a renegade cop whose goal is to take down “the most evil Kung Fu master in the world,” Adolf Hitler.
A Kickstarter campaign for the film reached its $200,000 goal in just 24 hours back in 2013 after its two-minute trailer went viral. The trailer has been viewed more than 10 million times. In the end, the Kickstarter campaign raised a total of $630,000.
The film had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, but now everyone can bask in its glory. Check it out below.
