Paramount Set to Adapt Ronda Rousey Autobiography

Ronda Rousey is set to make a big leap in her acting career. Variety is reporting that Paramount Pictures has secured the rights to Rousey’s bestselling autobiography “My Fight Your Fight” with Rousey playing herself. Mark Bomback is adapting the book while Mary Parent is producing the picture along with Rousey. No date has been set yet on when the production will commence.

Arguably the most popular athlete in the country currently, Ronda Rousey is dominating everything. From throwing some verbal jabs at noted wife-abusing douchebag Floyd Mayweather at this summer’s ESPY’s, to popping up as the object of Turtle’s desire in the Entourage film, to this weekend knocking out Bethe Correia in 34 seconds, Rousey is dominating the pop culture landscape. It seems a perfect time to move into biopic territory, the iron may never be this hot again.
