Baby Sean was an infant when his life was taken from him. Mom has a documented history of mental illness since a young age. All Sean's siblings were voluntarily released to other family member's to care for them due to inablity of mom raising the children. When Sean was born, there was an adoption plan in place, abd at the last minute mom changed her mind and wanted to keep him. This was after Sean and mom both tested positive for Cocaine.All the systems that were designed to protect him, failed him miserably.From the time 911 was dispatched to the home for an unresponsive, non breathing infant, the ball would be set into motion. One failure after another.Baby Sean was 9 weeks old when he died, and his case was neglected and ignored for 2 years and 10 months.The entire system failed him, from hospital social workers to detectives to Child protective services to the office of Ombudsman office for children and into the Wayne county prosecutors office. It was a domino effect of failure, and now, the family, as well as Baby Sean deserve Justice, holding all those in their respective positions to be held accountable for their negligence and misconduct.Baby Sean's death was looked at and considered to be a "Negligent sleep situation." The Wayne county Medical examiner's office ruled Sean's death "accidental." The Wayne county prosecutors office learned that the family was insistent on charges being filed against the CPS worker for 2nd° Murder.It was then that through much deception to obtain facts revelant to the case that they would turn the tables, and seek a warrant solely for Baby Sean's mother for Negligent homicide.Without a crime scene ever being secured, a one sided investigation by office of Omnibudsman for children and again, 2 years and 10 months later, it would be determined that the Wayne county prosecutors office would seek a warrant for Negligent homicide, yet wait an additional 6 months to serve the warrant to an already incarcerated mother to Baby Sean.It is through the deception and Corruption by all offices to take the easy way out on the less fortunate by placing sole blameon Sean's mother.Baby Sean's family is seeking justice equally across the board. All those put in place who neglected to act according to their Oaths and responsibilities, we ask that formal criminal charges be sought against them all.Please help Baby Sean's family seek this Justice.
