The effects of Apartheid are still being felt in South Africa. South Africa is a beautiful country with beautiful people, but they are still carrying the scars of poverty and circumstance imposed upon them by the Apartheid Gvt.
The answer is education!!! But it is not only the three R's. The research is clear, even after over 20 years of freedom, in the overwhelming majority of schools in South Africa the learners are not learning the skills which are vital for their success, They are called 'first generationers' since they are the first ones in their families ever to go to university. These students suffer from not being able to deal with these complexities at university.
Leadership, Social and Emotional skills are simply not taught to them and are rarely familiar even to their teachers.
They need your help! We run FREE training for young leaders in post school academies and schools. In order to truly and deeply have an impact on the lives of the future generation we train the school management, teachers, parents and run classes for the learners as well. The competition for corporate funding in South Africa is fierce and we are therefore turning to you.
