Dani Alves's agent says player is close to signing for another side

"We are close to signing for another club, the conversations are advanced. Barcelona? Dani (Alves) is still available, but we can't wait much longer." 

This is what Dani Alves's agent, and ex-wife Dinorah Santa Ana, said on Tu Diras, on RAC1, about the optins that exist for the right-back. His Barcelona contract runs out on June 30. 

His agent said that "Dani is being shown as the bad guy" in reports. "They want to make people believe that he is bad, and it's not like that. He's tired of the situation." 

SPORT reported on Tuesday that Barcelona want to give Alves a new deal, because there are no better options on the market. 

Even if they did sign a player, he could only join from January 2016.
