George Strait rode his latest single, "Let It Go," all the way to the Hall of Fame, winning a decisive victory over Lee Brice in the Showdown. Now we're starting fresh with a faceoff between Chase Rice and Sam Hunt.

Rice is back with a single so hot that it's only being released to satellite radio. "Ride" features Macy Maloy in a sizzling, sexy duet that pushes the limits of contemporary country with its R&B groove and subject matter. If you're part of the camp who think Rice is not country enough, this isn't the song that's going to convince you otherwise, but it's a track that definitely isn't afraid to challenge the conventions of the genre.

The same could be said of Hunt's latest, "House Party." Hunt always brings a bold mix of styles to the table, and this latest track is no different, blending a fun pop groove and syncopated melody line with a slinky acoustic guitar line and fun lyric for a summer jam that's certain to delight some, and offend others. Which one of these do you think is the better song?

Listen to clips of both Rice and Hunt’s songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Monday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Monday.
