LeverAge is a new national financing program designed to assist in the expansion of affordable aging services, senior housing models and emerging aging innovations. LeadingAge, the main nonprofit aging services trade association and LeverAge partner, cites new financing sources as critical to insuring that “there is an adequate supply of housing, services and supports for people of all incomes as they age.”

A critical component for meeting this housing and supports demand is “readily available, consistently priced, and long-term financing,” according to The National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders. The LeverAge program offers nonprofit organizations this and more—using mission deposits to provide affordable rates, flexible structures and credit support necessary to meet the needs of expanding low–income focused programs and emerging innovations.

Join us in this web seminar to learn about this exciting program, GIA’s lead role in its development, how it can assist projects you fund and how you can support its growth.
