Judea and Samaria police arrested two car thieves from Hebron during the night when they attempted to flee a police road block.In spite of the rain police were stopping cars near the Ma’aleh Adumim settlement.The two men first broke through the road block with their vehicle, which had been stolen earlier from Jerusalem. Then they abandoned the car and attempted to flee on foot.The police chased after them and arrested them.
