New Delhi: The second day of odd-even scheme saw Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal claiming success even as he attacked BJP and RSS for "orchestrating" strikes by autos and taxis to hamper the road rationing experiment.
The first two days of the scheme were marked by heightened crackdown on violators.

Monday will be the real test of the public transport arrangements in the city when schools and offices will reopen after an extended weekend, and taxis and autos going off roads can spell hardship for commuters.
"BJP appeals to people to break odd-even. BJP auto-union calls strike. In January too, BJP tried to fail odd-even by orchestrating officers' strike. People failed BJP and made odd-even success.
"RSS and BJP want odd-even to fail but Delhi will fail BJP yet again. Media has portrayed BJP's mischiefs as politics between it and AAP. Have the guts to call out their wrongs," Kejriwal said in a series of tweets.
The second phase of the road-rationing experiment returned to the city on Friday after a gap of two-and-a-half months amid heightened crackdown on violators as opposed to stress on voluntary compliance seen during the first phase.
Kejriwal also referred to senior BJP leader Vijay Goel's assertion that he will violate the rule on Monday as a mark of protest against the scheme, which he alleged is a "publicity stunt" by the AAP chief.
Transport Minister Gopal Rai alleged, "BJP wants auto and taxi strike. I have been told that it is being done to benefit Ola and Uber. Odd-even scheme is good for auto drivers as they breathe clean air and get more customers during the scheme."
The minister further said that government is in the process of resolving issues raised by auto and taxi drivers.
Delhi Autorickshaw Sangh' and 'Delhi Pradesh Taxi Unions' have given a call for a one-day strike on Monday to protest against app-based cab services, a move which may cause hardship to commuters in the national capital.
He said that government has installed 25 hidden cameras on the streets to identify culprits if there is any chaos on roads during the strike called by the unions on Monday.
