The diet plan comes from Beyonce recently partnering with a company called 22 Days Nutrition to promote her belief in a vegan diet as a form of weight loss and overall health.
Bey previously sung the praises of a non-animal based diet and credited it for keeping her in shape on tour.
Gayle's weight gain could be due to having had to stay off her feet following an accident in Maui, Hawaii over New Year's.
