SOUTHEAST, N.Y. — Prosecutors say a Wappingers Falls man faces three years in prison for shooting another driver's car during a road-rage incident on Interstate 84 last summer.

The Putnam County District Attorney's Office says a motorist called state police July 30 to report that a man had been driving aggressively on I-84 in the town of Southeast and brandished a handgun before shooting at the victim's car and hitting a wheel rim.
