A NSW-based design and advertising agency has taken aim at Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in a poster campaign on the streets of Sydney and Melbourne, ahead of the July 2 election.
Advision, who operate from Sydney and Wagga Wagga, has printed more than 1000 "FIZZA" posters, and will distribute them throughout the election campaign.
The agency cited a comment from former Labor Prime Minister Paul Keating as the source of inspiration behind the design.
"Our decision for using the tag line "FIZZA" is based on a comment by Paul Keating who described Turnbull as "a bit like a big red bunger on cracker night. You light him up, there's a bit of a fizz but then nothing...nothing," the agency posted on their campaign website.
The same agency was responsible for a "HOPELESS" poster campaign targeting former Prime Minister Tony Abbott last year.

The "HOPELESS" design was in turn inspired by the iconic "HOPE" poster artist Shepard Fairey created of US President Barack Obama, in 2008.

The agency said their new campaign reflects "the massive turnaround in fortunes from the god-like status Turnbull enjoyed when he was elected by his party to replace Abbott.
"He was applauded as an articulate and intelligent replacement to someone who was a national and international embarrassment.

"Sadly the reality is quite different. He is a disappointment," the agency said.
