Yay, it's finally Pancake Day.

We've all been there; stocked up on ingredients, got your expertly made batter, only to end up with soggy or burnt pancakes that have stuck to the pan. How will you ever make your pile of eggy mess pretty enough for Instagram?

So this year, why not ditch any poor attempts at making mediocre pancakes at home and head to one of these top restaurants in the UK for your fill of heavenly sweet or savoury treats?

Our friends at Design My Night have the low-down on the country's best pancakes to help lure you away from the stove on the 28th. From pancake freakshakes to healthy sweet potato stacks, staying in this year is a massive no-no.
