Noted.fm Lets You Follow Over 100 Music Blogs to Discover and Share Great New Tunes

Web/Android/iOS: Noted.fm (formerly called Nusiki), is already a great way to find new music, but now you can follow tons of music blogs, from popular to niche, to discover even more. One click and you can enjoy hot tracks from Pitchfork, Fuzzy Logic, and more—all tailored to the music you like.

I’ve said before that this service is a bit like “Twitter, just for music,” and that’s still true. You can follow individual users to see the tunes they post and share with the world (psst - you can follow me here) but if you’re looking for a curated selection of music, or even the newest available tunes, music blogs are where it’s at. Noted.fm orders its selection of blogs based on the music you post and like on other users’ profiles, and tries to tailor its suggestions to your music preferences.

The first time you log in to Noted.fm, you’ll be guided to the new blogs tab, but if not, just click “Explore” on the left sidebar, and you’ll see them there. You can click “See More” to browse a wider selection. If you know a great music blog that isn’t in the list, you can give the service the URL, and they’ll try to add them. Once you follow a music blog, you can listen to their music in your stream on your phone or at your computer, along with the other Noted.fm users you follow. If you want to visit the blog directly, you can do that too. Hit the link below to give it a try, or grab the Android app here or the iOS app here.
