I recently had a fan and follower of mine email me and he asked “Tanya, can you really build Network Marketing Online and get the duplication and success in your team? Is it even possible and if it is, can you show me how you do it?”
This topic gets me excited because I am a big believer and promoter of starting the conversation online and then taking it offline.
I started my Network Marketing business in 2009 and took it online in 2010. I'm a top recruiter in my company and I do build online… so YES it does work, but there are some key factors and strategies that I have in place.
When I chose to start building Network Marketing online, it wasn't out of weakness.
Most people turn to online marketing because they're either afraid to talk to people or they don’t want to ‘bug’ their friends and family.
We're in Network Marketing – we need to be passionate about what we are marketing and I believe starting with your friends and family is a great way to start building that residual check in the beginning.
But, to have the success you're ultimately seeking, you need to learn MARKETING and using the internet is a fabulous options because that's where a lot of people are!

A Little of My Network Marketing Online Flow
Lets say I'm on Social Media and I meet someone that I think might be right for my product, service, or opportunity. The next step is to get the conversation started.

If they're open and interested in what you have, you want to move that online connection offline as fast as possible.
Once we have phone conversation and they sign up in our business, I still take them through all the team training we have inside our cooperate training within our company.
Whether you meet your prospect in person or online, the duplication process is the same. When you're building Network Marketing online, you still want to follow all your ‘getting started' training just the same as if you enrolled them offline. You don’t want to deviate from your team process that's already working.
