Benseron IT acquires Restajet restaurant apps

Restajet apps are designed to enable restaurants to speed up the ordering process and improve the customer experience.

Benseron Information Technologies Inc., manufacturer of restaurant POS systems and software applications, has acquired restajet.com, a provider of custom Android and iOS apps for restaurant owners, the company announced. Restajet apps are designed to enable restaurants to speed up the ordering process and improve the customer experience.

CEO Onur Haytac said in a statement, "Strategically, this is great move for us. With our new integrated platform, restaurants can create a website for their stores and an online ordering menu, and within minutes go live."

Restajet will launch worldwide. Its integration with Bevo POS is designed to streamline the order process from the initial order to printing in the kitchen. Bevo POS customers can automatically sync their menus to Restajet and Restajet customers have the ability to export their menus to Bevo POS, the announcement said.

Restajet includes reservations, customer feedback and push notification features for restaurateurs. It has the ability to roll out online ordering for franchises, chains and multi-chain restaurants.

This year, Benseron will also introduce new cloud-based products as well as a table top ordering system.
