The three-day Labor Day weekend event, which takes place September 2nd through the 4th, also includes newly announced headliners Carnage, Porter Robinson and The Chainsmokers.
The lineup, which features more than 80 artists, includes DJ sets from Steve Aoki, Borgore, Lane 8, Nghtmre, Jackmaster, Cash Cash, Joris Voorn and Ilan Bluestone. There will also be live sets from Ame, Big Gigantic, Father Dude, Goldfish, Henrik Schwarz, Hermitude, Matoma, Pat Lok and Way Out West.
Bassnectar and Carnage headline on Friday, September 2nd; Tiësto and Porter Robinson top the bill on September 3rd, and Hardwell and The Chainsmokers close out the festival on September 4th. The rest of the schedule’s timetable has not yet been revealed.
In addition to announcing the lineup, the festival reports that they’ve added new stage designs. Early bird tickets have already sold out, but the first of three tier ticket prices are still available for $229.99, Tier 1 VIP is $429.99 and Tier 1 Platinum VIP is $799.99.
Last year’s Electric Zoo made Rolling Stone’s “50 Must-See Music Festivals.” While its 2015 festival went off without a hitch, the fest’s 2014 edition was cut short due to flash flooding. In 2013, the Electric Zoo was cut a day short in the wake of the death of two festival attendees.
