New councillors take over Rotherham council after abuse scandal

Five specially selected commissioners will take over the running of Rotherham council.

They were drafted in following a report which found the local authority was "not fit for purpose" after child protection failures.

The town was the centre of an abuse ring where many children were exploited sexually.

Graham Satchell reports on the attempt to rebuild trust in Rotherham.
