With Tom Brady's Deflategate suspension still entangled in the legal system, New England Patriots fans aren't the only ones standing by the Super Bowl MVP quarterback.

Under Armour, which sponsors Brady, is still planning to feature him in a new commercial set to air during the early part of the NFL's regular season, reportsThe New York Times.

Brady, who is fighting his four-game suspension in federal court, may not be on the field when the commercial starts to air.

“I think personally Tom will have his moment to redeem himself,” Adrienne Lofton, senior vice president for brand marketing at Under Armour, toldThe Times. “There was absolutely no moment where we said we should pull him out of the campaign.”
