80Ulpiano Gallego Cabanos, 75, of Waipahu, formerly of Wahiawa, a former Syngenta and Alsco employee, died in Waipahu. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Narcisa I.; sons Simeon I., Luis I., Jeremias I. Cesar I., Eusebio I. and Christopher I.; daughter Elizabeth A.C. Antonio; sister Evelyn C. Lora; and nine grandchildren.
