UFC 190: Shogun Rua vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira full fight video preview

Longtime mixed martial arts (MMA) veterans and former PRIDE FC rivals Mauricio Rua and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira will run it back in tonight's (Sat., Aug. 1, 2015) UFC 190 pay-per-view (PPV) co-main event, scheduled to go down inside HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

"Shogun" captured a unanimous decision win over "Minotoro" at PRIDE: "Critical Countdown 2005" in what was one of the best fights of the year. After a wild 20 minutes of action, featuring shining moments from both combatants, Rua was able to convince the judges that it was indeed his night.

Fans have been clamoring for an encore ever since.

Unfortunately, a lot has changed since then. Rua (22-10) is coming off back-to-back knockout losses and could be faced with a drop to middleweight. Nogueira (21-6), meanwhile, was also pasted his last time out and at 39 years old, doesn't have the time (or the durability) to start over.

This is a must-win situation for both sides.
