Video: Watch Alistair Overeem end Brock Lesnar's fighting career at UFC 141

Former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar spent less than five years competing in professional MMA, but it was one heck of a run. It all came to an end at UFC 141.

It was that night that Lesnar faced elite striker Alistair Overeem, and the results were pretty spectacular. “The Demolition Man” used a massive kick to the body to wound Lesnar, and a quick swarm of punches ended the 2011 fight in the opening round.

Overeem (40-14 MMA, 5-3 UFC) meets another former heavyweight titleholder, Andrei Arlovski (25-11 MMA, 14-5 UFC), in the main event of UFC Fight Night 87, which takes place May 8 at Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and airs on FOX Sports 1.

Ahead of that matchup, check out the final fight of Lesnar’s career from UFC 141 above. Then don’t miss Overeem vs. Arlovski on May 8.
