The card for Bellator 149 is continuing to come together. A featherweight bout between Daniel Pineda and Emmanuel Sanchez has been added to the card, which features a star-studded double main event.

The bout was announced via a Bellator press release after an initial report in Houston Chronicle.

The event takes place Feb. 19 at Toyota Center in Houston. The main card will air on Spike following prelims on MMAjunkie. MMA legends Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock meet for a third time in the main event while streetfighting legends Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson and Dhafir Harris (better known as “Dada 5000”) will serve as the co-main event.

Pineda (21-11 MMA, 0-2 BMMA) is a Bellator and UFC veteran who is currently riding a three-fight winning streak. All three of the wins came in the Legacy FC cage, with the streak starting with a notable win over fellow UFC veteran Leonard Garcia. He has not competed in Bellator since Bellator 19 in May of 2010.

Sanchez (12-2 MMA, 4-1 BMMA) is riding his own two-fight winning streak. In his most recent bout, he defeated UFC veteran Justin Lawrence by split decision. His only loss in the Bellator cage – and only loss in his previous nine bouts – was to former champion Pat Curran.

With the additions, the Bellator 149 lineup includes:

  • Royce Gracie vs. Ken Shamrock
  • Kevin Ferguson vs. Dhafir Harris
  • Daniel Pineda vs. Emmanuel Sanchez
