Celebrity makeup artist Tally Bookbinder has shared her photo album to reveal previously unseen photos of manband Take That from the 90s.

Tally spent two years on the road with Take That as their personal makeup artist until they broke millions of fans hearts by splitting up in 1996.

Then Tally became frontman Gary Barlow’s makeup artist when he launched a solo career with the album Open Road and his number one hit ballad Forever Love.

Tally has kept a collection of behind the scenes photographs from her time with the Manchester-formed band, which show her styling Gary and bandmates Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen as they prepare for photoshoots.

At their end of her time working with Take That, who will perform a concert in London’s Hyde Park today, Tally presented the lads with a photo album with a collection of her photos to keep as a momento.

At the launch of her new acamemy Pro Makeup Academy in Lydgate, with with pal Collette Casey, she said: “I was like their mum. I took headache tablets to them when they needed them and ironed their clothes.

“They were gorgeous, divine and wonderful to work with.”

Their nine hometown concerts at the Manchester Arena took their tally over the years to 38, making them the most-played musical act at the arena, overtaking Westlife who performed 33 shows there and Kylie who has done 30.

Next summer they will hold a residency in Las Vegas, taking the lead from pop legends Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and Elton John.
