One Direction heartthrob Louis Tomlinson cosied up to his girlfriend Danielle Campbell ahead of today’s Soccer Aid match.

The 24-year-old singer from Doncaster is being supported at the charity match at Old Trafford by the brunette actress.

The American beauty joined Louis at the Lowry Hotel in Salford as he prepared to take to the pitch for his stint in Soccer Aid.

The 21-year-old former Disney actress was spotted chatting with her man before he heads over to the home of Manchester United to take part in the big game.

Danielle, who stars in The Vampire Diaries spin-off series The Originals, gazed at Louis as he looked ready to hit the pitch in a red football top.

Despite the sunshine, the History hitmaker opted to cover his head in a cosy looking black beanie hat.

Louis, who has a son Freddie with his ex Briana Jungwirth, will take on his friend and One Direction bandmate Niall Horan in the annual star-studded event to raise funds for Unicef.

Soccer Aid brings together the stars of sport, music, television and film to raise money and support for Unicef’s work for children in danger.

Louis, 24, will play for England and Irishman Niall will play for The Rest Of The World.

The match will kick-off of 8pm and it will shown live on ITV, with coverage including clips from the training sessions starting from 6pm.

England will be managed by new Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho assisted by Unicef UK ambassador Robbie and Sunderland manager Sam Allardyce and they will take on the Rest of the World team managed by Leicester City’s Claudio Ranieri.
