HELP Malawi Newborns with nothing

Donation protected

I live in Small Village in Norfolk UK and have been sending to Bwaila Lilongwe Malawi since 2012 and just recently to Kamuzu as one of my health workers has transferred from Bwaila to Kamuzu to work with neonates and newborns

LATEST - May 2018
They are supporting this mother of triplets with various items,I wish to send her couple parcels of goodies and maybe if enough funds continue to support her
Donations given by hospital to help her along

It is an ongoing project so no final total, send knitting as and when I get the funds,at moment kitty is empty but the mountain I have of kindly donated knitting is sitting here waiting to be sent, I send as soon as I receive any funds..£12 / £19 for 1 and 2 kg parcel, the more I raise the more I can send out

I raise funds to post out Knitting to Bwaila Maternity Hospital in Malawi and ., its just between me and my mum who fundraise, each 2kg parcel costs us £19, we have so many willing volunteers who knit for these babies, but there is no one to fundraise apart from me and mum, there are approx 50 baby deliveries on busy day,and most mothers cannot afford clothing,so these items are very much appreciated. So thought maybe a GoFundme page may help us out..Even if one person donated would be so helpful..These Babes need clothing and warmth..and we have a pile of knitting waiting to be shipped out there..MANY THANKS INDEED ;)

07/05/15 Heres Email from Midwife Rose..History for the first woman she is para 3 living 3,came and delivered ,but had nothing to cover her baby except one Chitenje (printed cotton cloth). She had no guardian to take care of the other sibling so came with another baby of 2yrs with nothing to feed them,on her discharged she refused to go home because had no means of helping herself. We donated the little we had finally agreed to go home.
2nd lady had twins delivery para 5 living 6 ,also on assessment had 2 chitenge and tried to ask her something to wrap the baby and responded that she doesn't have ,that when she started crying because she had no means of helping them.So I discussed with her guardian on how to help her.
May god bless you Sandra

YOU CAN SEE HOW MUCH THESE MOTHERS ARE IN NEED..THANK YOU ;)
