Barça B's players have lost confidence in their coach Eusebio

Bad results are not the only problem that Barça B have at the moment. The situation is complicated. It's true that nothing is lost yet and they can still maintain their place in la Segunda this season, but the current environment is not ideal for them to move forward. 

It's not a surprise to learn that in any football team, the players that are not playing are not happy. That is normal. It's good, even, because they want to say that they are not happy being substitutes, they want to play more and they will fight for that to happen. 

But as of today, in the Barça B dressing room, the players have very little confidence in their manager, Eusebio Sacristan. And that is not helping. Not one little bit. 

The way Eusebio appears when he talks to the media is the same as how he communicates to his squad inside the dressing room. But the problem is that his words do not translate into actions. And that has led to the players losing confidence in him. 

In addition, they feel that their coach is not looking for solutions to help them improve their current standing in the table. He continues with practically the same players, with those out of the picture knowing that however hard they work, they will still be left on the bench or in the stands. 

Considering all that, a large part of the squad has become totally de-motivated. However, despite that, those that follow Barça B closesly explain that all the players are working really hard every day. 

Finally, there are certain technical decisions Eusebio has taken which the players have found strange. For example, they didn't understand why he left Sergi Samper and Adama Traore on the bench in Zaragoza on Saturday. It's well known that they are important pieces of the side and if things aren't working, it's not because of them.
