We need a breath of fresh air

Hillary Clinton feels Republicans such as me are her enemy. President Obama feels Republicans such as me are his enemy. The Republican establishment feels they just can’t work with Democrats at all. Far left wing nuts like Bernie Sanders feel we need to change our entire system to a Socialist government with a 90% tax rate. Far right wing nuts such as Rand Paul feel if we waver even a little bit from the Constitution our entire way of life will end.

I do agree we should be looking at an Article 5 convention to take a serious look at potential changes that could be made to the Constitution. For instance, I feel it is time for term limits in all aspects of Government. Until this happens I truly feel we need a non politician in the White House. Someone who has not been tainted by the “system” would be a breath of fresh air. The Republicans have three candidates who meet this bill, four if you include Ted Cruz. I wish the Democrats could find an outsider too. It would be so refreshing to hear a debate where the participants on both sides aren’t mocking each other like fifth graders in the school yard.

We need a President who is understanding, intelligent and can explain to us dopes out here what his or her plan is and convince us that it's the way to go. It’s going to be a long political season.
