Rabbia to serve as president of state association for solid waste management

The New York State Association for Solid Waste Management membership has elected William Rabbia, Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority executive director, to serve on the executive committee of the NYSASWM Board of Directors as president.

 Rabbia has been an active member of NYSASWM and most recently served as vice president.

James Biamonte, Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority environmental coordinator, also serves as a Board member and former president of NYSASWM.
