Thom began his carrer in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher, working himself up to his current position as bar manager at Rudi's. He started at his current location in 2008, and created his signature drink for a Portsmouth competition. The drink won first place and has been a top seller ever since.

Drink: Pink Grapefruitini

1.5 oz. Finlandia Grapefruit infused vodka

One half-ounce Cointreau

Splash of pineapple juice

Splash of cranberry juice

Shake, then float one half ounce of champagne on top

Garnish with an orange slice.
