El Camino en azul y blanco · The Camino in blue and white

Tras la tormenta viene la calma, y aunque las sendas han desaparecido bajo el manto de la nieve recién caída, el buen viajero sabe leer las otras señales que el Camino otorga a quien decide adentrarse en él, en lo más crudo del invierno.
It is quiet after the storm, and although the paths have disappeared under the blanket of recent fallen snow, the seasoned traveller is able to read the other signals that the Camino grants to whom decides going into it in the bleak mid winter.
La luz es cegadora por el reflejo de las nieves; el cielo está limpio de nubes; blanco y azul se mezclan en horizontes torturados por montes, valles y prados. Tenemos que bajar antes que el sol se ponga; el tiempo engaña de día pero por estos lares es muy tozudo al caer la noche.
Samos se encuentra al final de este tramo. Un hito en el Camino y un aliciente más por ver sus muros de piedra y tejados de pizarra bajo la gruesa capa de nieve, que sin duda ya nos aguarda.

The light is blinding because of the reflection of the snow; The sky is free of clouds. White and blue mix on the horizon twisted by mounts, valleys and meadows. We have to go down before sunset; Weather plays tricks at daylight but is so obstinate upon nightfall.
Samos is placed at the end of this stage. A landmark on the Camino and a extra attraction to see its stone walls and slate roofs under the large blanket of snow that will surely awaits us.
